Our company Booking Kirkenes (Pasvikturist AS) was founded in 1990. We offer local excursions all year round and run a booking office and gift shop in the center of Kirkenes. We work closely with other tour operators and can therefore offer the best excursions in Kirkenes and the surrounding area. For us, it is most important that everyone finds the information and the trips they want. You can find all tours here: www.bookingkirkenes.no/shop/

We provide also Tourist office service including free maps and general information about the area. From June to August we host the Tourist office. Our local staff can help you during your stay in Kirkenes. We speak English, German, French and Norwegian.

We have been certified as an “Eco lighthouse company” since 2021. Now we have a visible proof that we take responsibility, and a concrete tool for working continuously with environmental improvements and green change. Interested? Please check here: www.bookingkirkenes.no/eco-lighthouse/

You will hear Mari’s cheerful laugh as soon as you arrive 🙂  Marilyne speaks English and French and is happy to help all of our guests.

Greg Keiff  is a great travel guide who gives you the facts about our town and the beautiful community in an exciting way. He has long experience with guests and has also worked as a dog sled guide and musher for years. He knows the community well and is happy to take you on tour. Greg speaks English, French and German.

Guides and drivers: in addition to our employees, we hire local guides and drivers if needed. In any case, all our employees have a long career in tourism and all have a strong local connection.

Our office dog: That’s a story in itself. His name is Nasse Nøff and he is an Alaska Husky. Most likely the laziest in the whole world. Since he didn’t like life as a sled dog, he became our dog and mascot. If you like dogs, he loves cuddles and attention. You will meet him in our booking office.
